So you hit your 30’s and what you did in your 20’s isn’t quite working out for you anymore. Ever so slowly brain fog has crept in, your energy isn’t quite the same, and your favorite jeans are just not fitting like they used to. You’ve been all-or-nothing for awhile now, feeling like you either have to dive all-in to your health + wellness or why do it at all? Your priorities have been home life, your career, the kiddos, your family, or even your social life...and the first thing that gets bumped during these busy days are your needs!

It should be easy. You also want it to last. You need a sustainable way of eating that doesn’t sacrifice flavor, that doesn’t leave you feeling hungry, and that doesn’t require you to spend time (that you’re already limited on) in the kitchen. It’s about so much more than just fitting back into your favorite jeans (but we will take the bonus!), it’s about giving your body the energy it needs to run after your kiddos, to stay focused at work, to crush that athletic goal that's lingering on your bucket list. Or maybe, it's simply to actually start prioritizing YOUR health + wellness so you can be the best person for those who depend on you the most. After all, if you can’t show up for yourself, how can you be 100% for the other things in your life that rely so heavily on you?
But what, and how, and when?
When you were in your 20’s you likely didn’t have to worry about these things, you could exercise off your bad eating, or the sleepless nights. BUT now they have become habits….and it’s quite different when you hit your 30’s. Your focus turned to starting a family, and building your successful career, and balancing allll the things. You’ve tried everything under the sun, or at least it feels that way. From the latest diet craze to the newest workout, you drink the kool-aid, and maybe you see some results...until you don’t. It can feel like a never ending cycle.
I have been there. SO many of us have been there. Can we all just accept that it’s extremely difficult to know what is the right thing to do? One day carbs are the devil and the next day butter is back in fashion...do more yoga, get a trainer, try this, now try that...it makes anyone’s head spin. Sifting through the conflicting information is a full-time job in itself.
Maybe you’ve followed the other solutions but the problem is they are not individualized for YOU and for YOUR BODY and for YOUR LIFESTYLE.
They don’t prioritize the most beneficial, health promoting, energy giving, nutrient dense foods. They don’t show you exactly what to eat, why to eat it, and how to incorporate it into your life so it is SIMPLE and SUSTAINABLE.

FAQs
What kind of “diet” approach do you use?
I use a whole food plant-based approach to nutrition. I have found that moving one's health towards a predominantly plant-based lifestyle is the most beneficial for health + vitality. We focus on incorporating as many whole grains, legumes, fruits, veggies, and nuts + seeds as possible.
I’m SO busy. Will I even have time to do this?
Ask yourself if you are ready to be committed and held accountable. The fact that you are here shows me that you are ready. Don’t just wait for “the perfect time”. Where do you want to be in the next 3 months? This is YOUR time!
I’ve tried everything. How do I know this is going to work for me?
If you have tried everything, that tells me that you’re more ready than ever. It also tells me that those other things have not really gotten down to the root of what is holding you back. Did I mention we talk about mindset with food? Yep, that's sprinkled throughout the program too!
Do I have to track my food, count calories, measure, restrict, etc?
Absolutely NOT! (Although I do as for one week of a food log, so I can help provide you with healthy swaps, suggestions, and because I have to see where you are starting from)
I’m not in my 30’s, can I still join?
Absolutely! I have worked with people of all age groups. All are welcome!
I’m scared/nervous/intimidated by going plant-based, do I have to go 100% plant-based?
NOPE! I get it, changing your diet can be scary. But just remember, I meet you where you are. We take small sustainable steps to a better, more healthy you. Maybe you go 100% or maybe you only go to 60%. Great! Any movement in that direction will be healthful to your vitality. Together let’s move the needle in that direction.
I can’t pay the full amount all at once - can I break down the payment?
You bet! You can pay bi-weekly, monthly, or in full.
Do I have to live off of salads for the rest of my life?
No way! There is so much more than just salads to eat. Don’t get me wrong, I encourage you to eat salads too. But I promise they won’t, and shouldn’t be boring, unsatisfying, or bland.
Won’t I be hungry? Will the food be bland and tasteless?
The last thing I want is for you to feel hungry. I want you to feel full but not heavy! I encourage you to eat when you're hungry. You will learn to make food choices that are health promoting. You will be equipped with the knowledge for making yummy, and healthy food choices. It is incredible the flavor of food that you will experience once you ditch the things that have taken over your taste buds (salt, sugar, fat, and highly processed foods...buh-bye!)
